This is the application for Senior Scientist membership. You will be required to list two sponsors along with their contact information and submit the following documents:

Resume/CV
Two Reference forms from current Senior or Senior Scientist members

All of these documents are required in order to submit this application.

Applications will be submitted for review after submission. Please allow 4-8 weeks for the review to be completed.
