SNIS 23rd Annual Meeting - In-Person Attendee Registration

Description

This registration form is for attendees planning to attend in-person. SNIS members must enter their email address in order to access member rates. Logging in is not necessary. You can register multiple attendees with this form but each attendee will need their own email. All in-person attendees will have access to the on-demand sessions when they are made available after the meeting (availability date TBD). Visit https://snisannualmeeting.org/ for more information.

Want to save $100 on your registration? We invite medical attendees to fill out a short survey to receive a promo code to use on the registration form. Practicing MDs, Fellows and APP attendees are welcome to use the link below to fill out this survey. Please note that you will need to enter the promo code you are given after completing the survey on the meeting registration form in order to receive the discount.
